This is such a gorgeous book! In my journey with Christ, some of the books in the bible is hard for me to understand. This book helped summarize each one in such a beautiful way. The pictures gives calmness and peace. The book is not as heavy which is good! I plan on getting the hard cover ones for my future purchases.

This book gives stories with examples that happened back then and happens now and helps you dig into your inner self to analyze how God wants us to be as people. It helps us navigate some decisions in life so we can be more like him! There’s also prayers geared towards what you may need at the time.

I don’t usually write reviews, but I had to write this one. This study bible is awesome. It really is just as the title states, “Good and Beautiful “. It is very thoughtfully put together. It has definitely been a part of bringing me closer to God. Also, I just ordered the Women’s 52 week Bible Study guide and am excited to have this be part of my daily devotional time with the Lord.

I needed a Bible study guy that was really going to help me understand God’s word. This did just that! My sister and I started as soon as it came in and it has helped immensely for the both of us!! Love it!

Great lessons - short and good lessons i recommend this book

Sometimes the Bible is difficult to read, especially the King James version. I would fall asleep instantly because my attention span was not there. This book keeps me engaged because it has a reflection page that forces me to think about what I just read. Filled with beautiful stories from the Bible and how you can use the lessons learned from them in daily life. Now, I can't wait to read a chapter of it to start my day. I'm on the last story of the book so -- I will read it again! The feeling after reading is what resonates with me. I love it!

This is such a great resource to use as you go through different stories in the Bible. How I do it is I read the scripture from my Bible that the study tells me. I then go through the study and it summarizes what I just read (which is awesome because sometimes I don’t understand what I read or misinterpret it) and then go over how this applies to our lives today. It ends each day with a series of questions for us to reflect upon in quiet time with God. As someone with 2 kitties who struggles to read the word each morning, this has motivated me and got me in a routine to follow along the study each day. Highly recommend this especially if you feel like a baby Christian like me, who still has a lot to learn (even though I grew up in the church).

I think this Bible study is a great resource for helping you engage with God in ways that allow you to be more contemplative, but not in an insular, individualistic way, as is often the case. The “Today” portion invites us to consider the realities of our world, especially those around us who have less and who are hurting—those whom the Bible consistently directs our attention toward. The study overall is deeply rooted in Scripture while also having eyes and ears to the world around us. I honestly think this is so important because if we’re not careful, we can make Bible studies or devotionals solely about ME and how God is speaking to ME. While this is important, the Bible consistently turns our attention to the world around us and toward our neighbors (of which the Bible has a massively inclusive view). In short, we need both: the personal and individual, but also the communal and outward-focused, and this is all rooted in God. I think the Good and Beautiful Bible Study hits this balance in the right way.

I love the layout of this Bible study book. It is great for anyone who may be a little bit intimidated by just reading directly from the Bible but is also helpful with making you think deeper and look at the scripture in a different way than you might have by just reading the Bible on your own. I recommend for anyone trying to build their relationship with God to start with this book
